Description
Making a quote in Illustrator always meant the same thing. Drawing a table by hand, lining up every number, doing the math on the side and checking it twice before sending it to a client. CalCool takes all of that off your plate.
It is a small panel that lives inside Adobe Illustrator. You write your products or services with their quantity and rate, add tax or a discount if you need one, choose the currency and the style of the table, and click Create. In seconds you have a clean quotation table on your artboard with every total already calculated.
Everything it builds is regular editable text and shapes, so you can use your own fonts and colors and make every quote look like your brand. The panel speaks English and Spanish and comes with three table styles to start from.
We made it because we were spending more time building quotes than designing. Now it takes a minute, and we wanted every designer to have it.
CalCool works on Mac and Windows with Illustrator 2023 or newer. The download includes simple step by step instructions to install it, and the video above shows how it works from start to finish.
It is free. If it saves you time and you want to support what we do, you can pay whatever feels right.
